Well here I am again but now I'm looking for licensed and insured people that can paint complete and do carpentry without the need of me holding their hands.
It's foreclousure work on empty homes.
We work a 30 day term. So after completion and broker inspects and is happy with job 100% we get paid within 30 days or can opt for early pay at a 7% hit of total job.
We just did 3 houses in Walton, have 3 in maryesther,2 Navarre and 1 pcola.
I need good help that's able to work with banks pay rate ( they don't pay 2per sqft for paint) I've been doing it two years and make great cash so I know there is money and I'm missing jobs due to there being way too much work... Want in and can do the job hit me up asap
